Job summary

W Construction Supply is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to build relationships with contractors and construction teams across Northeast Ohio. You will identify opportunities, recommend products, and drive growth while owning your territory.

This hands-on role requires visiting jobsites, quoting customers, and coordinating with internal teams to move orders from estimate to delivery, delivering dependable service and results.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, preferably in construction or building materials.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and other construction customers.
• Identify new prospects and develop business throughout Northeast Ohio.
• Visit customers and jobsites to understand project needs and identify opportunities.
• Sell W Supply’s products and services, including concrete and masonry supplies, fabricated rebar, forming and shoring products, and rentals.
• Prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and help move orders from estimate to delivery.
• Coordinate with our sales, estimating, operations, and fabrication teams to support customers.
• Keep up with customer activity, opportunities, and follow-ups.
• Represent W Supply professionally and deliver dependable service.
