Job summary

W Construction Supply is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to build relationships with contractors and construction teams across Northeast Ohio. You will identify opportunities, recommend products, and drive growth while owning your territory.

This hands-on role requires visiting jobsites, quoting customers, and coordinating with internal teams to move orders from estimate to delivery, delivering dependable service and results.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, preferably in construction or building materials.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the territory.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an Outside Sales Representative who knows how to build relationships, find opportunities, and follow through. You’ll work directly with contractors and construction teams to understand what they need, recommend the right products and services, and grow business across your territory.

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who is comfortable getting out in the field, talking with customers, and taking ownership of results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in outside sales, preferably in construction, building materials, or contractor supply.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• A self‑starter who can organize their time and follow through.
• Comfort talking with customers, visiting jobsites, and asking for the business.
• A practical, problem‑solving approach and a strong sense of urgency.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
• Construction industry experience is a plus. We’re also open to a driven salesperson who learns quickly and is ready to build a career in the industry.

COMPENSATION

Base salary plus uncapped commission. Your earning potential grows with the business you bring in.
