Job summary

Staff Zone is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for Construction Staffing Solutions. This role focuses on building relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and superintendents, meeting clients on site and in offices, and expanding accounts.

You will drive growth through face-to-face selling of labor and payroll solutions in the construction sector. The position offers a base salary plus uncapped bonus potential, company vehicle, and ongoing training within a supportive team

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, construction, or trades-related sales is great but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and building relationships with GCs, subcontractors, and superintendents
• Meeting clients face-to-face at job sites and offices
• Consistently closing new business and expanding current accounts
• Partnering with operations to ensure job site coverage and client satisfaction
• Managing a book of business and growing your territory; days start and end at home once trained
• Networking events like golf tournaments, clay shoots, lunches and learns
