Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with customers in the community and explain Spectrum’s high‑speed data and communications solutions.

You will visit assigned leads, analyze needs, and present tailored proposals while working toward monthly targets. A driver’s license and willingness to travel are required, with a base salary plus incentives that can push compensation over six figures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territories and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling sales proposals and highlight Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation, including order entry and reporting.
• Meet monthly sales targets across Spectrum services.
