Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and grow our customer base. You will represent Spectrum’s high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services through face-to-face interactions, visiting assigned leads, and presenting tailored proposals.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales, strong English communication, and a reliable vehicle for door-to-door travel across local communities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent English reading, writing and speaking.
• Willingness to travel across assigned territories.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals and development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities within your territory and report findings to your manager.
