Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and grow our high-speed data and communication solutions. You will travel door-to-door, visit assigned leads, and present Spectrum products with a consultative approach.

The role offers a base salary and lucrative incentives with total compensation potential exceeding $100,000 for top performers. Base pay ranges from $27,600 to $45,800, with a commission earnings target starting at $65,000.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willingness to travel door-to-door to assigned territories.
• Customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ablility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling sales proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Complete sales documentation including orders and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
• Achieve monthly targets across Spectrum services.
• Monitor competitors and report findings to management.
