Job summary

Charter Communications, operating as Spectrum, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with residential customers in your community and expand access to Spectrum's high‑speed data and communications services. This role offers a competitive base salary plus incentives, with total compensation potential over $100,000 annually.

You will visit assigned leads, perform needs analyses, present proposals, and complete all sales documentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum's offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals and highlight Spectrum's solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support goals and development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline and video services.
• Monitor competitors' activities in the territory and report to management.
