Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to engage face-to-face with customers, expanding access to Spectrum Internet, TV, and mobile services. You’ll visit assigned leads, tailor recommendations, and close sales to contribute to growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, clean driving record, and personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each customer.
• Present sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete sales documentation including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training for team goals and personal development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across Spectrum services (data, mobile, landline, video).
• Monitor competitors’ activities in the territory and report insights to management.
