Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and present Auris Payroll solutions to small and mid-sized merchants, closing deals in a fast sales cycle.

You will work with the Payroll Division Manager and Territory Manager, using Salesforce for lead generation, and you can train on the short-cycle sales process before running appointments with business owners in person or face-to-face. The role offers 100% commission and residuals opportunities.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
• Must live in area relative to job posting location
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for prospecting new clients
• Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the CRM system; currently Salesforce.
• Responsible for achieving minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments, to secure a WIN
• Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remain up-to-date.
• Attend weekly team meeting and weekly one-on-one with leader
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
