Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and present Auris Payroll solutions to small and mid-sized businesses, aiming to close deals in a fast sales cycle.

You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager, using Salesforce for lead generation, presentations, and contract processing. Training pair with PDM/PTM before solo scheduling to maximize commissions.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant sales experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain CRM records in Salesforce.
• Achieve minimum production targets to secure a WIN.
• Build knowledge of Auris product portfolio and fintech trends.
• Attend weekly team meetings and 1:1s with leadership.
• Additional duties as needed.
