Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and run payroll presentations in person and by phone, targeting small to mid-sized merchants. You will close deals within a fast sales cycle and report to a Payroll Division Manager, receiving coaching from a Territory Manager.

You will build relationships, upsell Auris products, and manage a Salesforce-based workflow. Training accompanies initial appointments, then you set your own schedule to optimize uncapped commissions and residuals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain client records in CRM (Salesforce) with call notes and contact info.
• Achieve minimum production requirements and set first-time appointments.
• Build knowledge of Auris product portfolio and fintech updates.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with a leader.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
