Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and present Auris Payroll solutions to small and mid-sized merchants, aiming to close deals in a fast sales cycle. You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager.

You will use Salesforce for lead generation, sales presentations, and paperless contracts, and you’ll be incentivized by 100% commissions and residuals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
• Pre-employment background check required.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and integrity.
• High sense of urgency and sales talent.
• Willingness to be in the field at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set appointments.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce with call notes and interactions.
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure first wins.
• Grow knowledge of Auris product portfolio and fintech industry.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leaders.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
