Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and present Auris Payroll solutions to small and mid-sized merchants, in person or by phone, with the goal of closing deals quickly. You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and use Salesforce for lead generation and contract processing to support a fast, 100% commission-based earning model.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
• 2+ years of relevant B2B sales experience.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and integrity.
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce.
• Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments.
• Build knowledge of current product/service portfolio and fintech trends.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leader.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
