Job summary

Auris is hiring a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and run payroll presentations for small and mid-sized merchants, closing deals in a fast sales cycle. You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager.

You will use Salesforce for lead generation, presentations, and paperless contracts, with an emphasis on upselling Auris solutions. Training with your PDM/PTM precedes independent scheduling, after which you may set your own hours to maximize 100%

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain client records in the CRM (Salesforce).
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure a WIN.
• Build knowledge of current product/service portfolio in fintech.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leaders.
• Additional responsibilities as needed.
• Set appointments and close sales in a fast cycle.
