Job summary

Auris is a payroll and HR partner for small and medium-sized businesses. This role focuses on prospecting and presenting Auris payroll solutions to merchants to close deals quickly, with coaching during training and a path to 100% commission and residuals after ramp-up.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• 2+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Able to be in the field ~50% of the time.
• Excellent prospecting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set appointments.
• Maintain Salesforce records and client interactions.
• Deliver payroll presentations in-person and by phone.
• Close sales in a fast cycle and upsell Auris products.
