Job summary

Auris is the payroll and HR partner built for small and medium-sized businesses. As a Payroll Client Advisor, you prospect and run Auris Payroll presentations to close deals in a fast sales cycle across small and mid-sized merchants.

You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and work with a Territory Manager to build relationships and upsell Auris products. During training you will be supported by a PDM/PTM and Salesforce for lead generation, analysis, and contract processing.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain CRM records in Salesforce.
• Achieve minimum production requirements to secure a WIN.
• Stay updated on product portfolio and fintech developments.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with a leader.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
