Auris is a payroll and HR partner serving small and medium businesses with easy-to-use technology and human services. As a Payroll Client Advisor, you will prospect and run Auris Payroll presentations in-person or by phone to close deals in a fast sales cycle.

You will train with PDM/PTM on a short-cycle sales process using Salesforce, then set your own schedule to maximize uncapped commissions, residuals, and portfolio equity as you grow your book of business.

Qualifikationen

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time.

• Prospect for new clients.
• Maintain client records in CRM (Salesforce) per policy.
• Meet minimum production requirements and secure appointments.
• Build product knowledge of Auris offerings.
• Attend weekly team meetings and 1-on-1 with leader.
• Other duties as needed.
