Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present, and close deals with small and mid-sized merchants. You will work in a fast sales cycle, using Atlas CRM, and progress from training to setting your own schedule with high earning potential.

During training, a PDM/PTM will coach you; after that you’ll operate with 100% commission, residuals, and portfolio equity as you grow your client base across the area.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain existing/prospective client records in the CRM system (Atlas).
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure appointments.
• Build knowledge of current product/service portfolio and industry changes.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leadership.
• Set appointments and close sales with merchants in the area.
• Train with PDM/PTM during initial appointments and onboarding.
