Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and close deals with small to mid-sized merchants, driving revenue in a fast sales cycle. You will present Auris solutions in person or via phone, guided by a Payroll Division Manager and Territory Manager, with coaching during training and potential for a 100% commission-driven upside.

After training, you will set your own schedule to maximize earnings from commissions, residuals, and portfolio equity while staying current on Auris product

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
• Two years of relevant sales experience.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and integrity.
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain client records in CRM (Atlas) per policies.
• Meet minimum production requirements and secure appointments.
• Keep knowledge of product/service portfolio up to date.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leader.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
