Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present Auris solutions, and close sales with small to mid-sized merchants. You will train with leadership and then operate with a 100% commission model and residuals on the business you bring in.

You will work in person and via referrals, meeting owners, and using Atlas CRM to manage leads and contracts. A strong B2B sales background and CRM familiarity help you succeed in a fast cycle environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 18 years or older and valid Driver’s License with insurance; pass pre-employment background check; reside in posting area.
• At least two years of relevant B2B sales experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation and networking skills.
• Willingness to be in the field roughly 50% of the time.
• Preferred: CRM experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set appointments.
• Maintain and update client records in Atlas CRM.
• Meet minimum production requirements to secure a WIN.
• Develop knowledge of the product portfolio and fintech trends.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leadership.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
