Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and present Auris Payroll solutions to small and mid-sized merchants, with in-person and phone engagements designed to close deals in a fast sales cycle. You will be coached by a Territory Manager and work within a 100% commission framework to grow your portfolio.

During training you’ll be accompanied by a PDM/PTM and learn our short-cycle sales process using Atlas CRM for lead generation, on-the-spot financial analysis, and paperless

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Successful pre-employment background check.
• Minimum two years of relevant sales experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and run payroll solutions presentations.
• Maintain client records in Atlas CRM with call notes and interactions.
• Meet minimum production requirements and set appointments.
• Stay current on product portfolio and industry developments.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-ones with leaders.
• Train and work with PDM/PTM during onboarding; then operate with a 100% commission model.
