Job summary

Auris is the payroll and HR partner built for small and medium-sized businesses who can’t afford to get it wrong. You will prospect and run Auris Payroll presentations in person or over the phone to close deals within a fast sales cycle.

As a Payroll Client Advisor, you will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager. Your role is to close sales of our business solutions with merchants in the area, setting appointments with business owners, and presenting

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of relevant experience in B2B sales.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain client records in the CRM (Salesforce).
• Meet minimum production requirements and secure appointments.
• Develop knowledge of product portfolio and industry trends.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leadership.
• Additional duties as needed.
