Job summary

Auris is a payroll and HR partner for small and medium-sized businesses. The Payroll Client Advisor role focuses on prospecting and presenting Auris Payroll to merchants, closing deals in a fast sales cycle, and working with the Payroll Division Manager and Territory Manager to maximize earnings.

You will train on our Salesforce-based process, then set appointments, present solutions, and close sales in person or over the phone.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
• Pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• Two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and integrity.
• High sense of urgency and sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain client records in the CRM (Salesforce) per company policies.
• Achieve minimum production requirements and set first-time appointments.
• Build knowledge of current product/service portfolio and fintech industry developments.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leadership.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
