Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present, and close payroll and HR solutions for small and mid-sized businesses. You will work with the Payroll Division Manager and Territory Manager to set appointments, demonstrate value via Salesforce, and upsell Auris products.

During training you will be guided on our short-cycle sales process using our tablet CRM. After training you may set your own schedule to maximize the upside of 100% commission and residuals on your book of

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License required for field work.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and integrity.
• Ability to be in the field a minimum of 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients to build a pipeline and close deals.
• Maintain existing and prospective client records in Salesforce.
• Meet minimum production requirements and secure first appointments.
• Stay up-to-date with product portfolio and fintech developments.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leader.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
