Job summary

Auris is the payroll and HR partner for small/medium businesses, offering payroll presentations in person and by phone to close deals in a fast cycle. You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and work with a Territory Manager.

Training includes Salesforce-based lead gen, analysis, and paperless contracts, with future 100% commissions and residuals. The role focuses on closing sales for Auris solutions with local business owners, building referral networks, and setting appointments to drive

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort with field work and in-person client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and schedule meetings.
• Maintain and update client records in Salesforce.
• Aim to meet minimum production requirements and close wins.
• Stay current on Auris product portfolio and industry trends.
• Attend team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions.
