Job summary

Auris is the payroll and HR partner built for small and medium-sized businesses. Responsible for prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations to close deals in a fast sales cycle.

You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and be coached by a Territory Manager using Salesforce for lead generation and on-the-spot financial analysis. Your role closes sales with merchants in the area, working with your PDM/PTM and scheduling appointments with business owners.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Willingness to be in the field at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and run payroll presentations.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce with call notes and interactions.
• Meet minimum production requirements and set first-time appointments.
• Stay knowledgeable about Auris products and the fintech landscape.
• Attend team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions.
