Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and present Auris payroll solutions to small and mid-sized businesses, both in person and over the phone. You will work with a Payroll Division Manager and Territory Manager to close deals in a fast sales cycle, using Salesforce for lead generation, presentations, and paperless contracts.

You will train with your PDM/PTM and then set your own schedule to maximize commissions and residuals on the business you bring in.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for prospecting new clients
• Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the CRM system; currently Salesforce.
• Responsible for achieving minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments, to secure a WIN
• Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remain up-to-date.
• Attend weekly team meeting and weekly one-on-one with leader
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
