Allegiant Business Group is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our local territory program. This outside, face-to-face role focuses on meeting business owners and employees in person, with independence over your schedule as an independent contractor.

You'll learn to present benefit options clearly, build relationships, and guide clients through their coverage choices. We provide coaching, licensing support, and a clear pathway for growth.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required — attitude and hustle matter.
• Licensing support to help you achieve Life & Health license within 90 days.
• Independent contractor role with freedom to set your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and support them through follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity, leads, and client info in Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect for referrals, follow up on leads, and build your own book of business.
• Work with your mentor and manager to set weekly and monthly goals.
• Report activity and celebrate wins with the team.
