Allegiant Business Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to work directly with business owners within a local territory in a face-to-face capacity.

The role combines consultative selling, relationship management, and ongoing client support, with independent contractor status and flexible scheduling.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, organized, and capable of building a sustainable career in outside sales, with licensing assistance offered and a clear path to growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within established systems.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• Health & Life license or willingness to obtain in 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with business clients.
• Conduct in-person meetings and benefit presentations.
• Identify client needs and recommend coverage options.
• Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims questions.
• Maintain records using CRM and track activity.
• Prospect new business through referrals and field outreach.
• Collaborate with leadership to set performance goals.
• Report daily and weekly activity.
