Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and present Auris Payroll to small and mid-sized merchants, driving closes in a fast sales cycle. You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and train with a Territory Manager, using Salesforce for lead generation, on-the-spot financial analysis and paperless contracts.

As a Payroll Client Advisor, you will build appointments, uncover client needs, and upsell Auris solutions.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
• Two years of relevant experience in B2B sales or similar roles.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set initial appointments.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce with call notes and interactions.
• Meet production requirements and set first-time appointments to close deals (WIN).
• Develop knowledge of Auris product portfolio and fintech industry trends.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leadership.
