Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and present Auris Payroll solutions to small and mid-sized merchants, aiming to close deals in a fast sales cycle.

You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and train with a Territory Manager, using Salesforce for lead generation, on-the-spot financial analysis, and paperless contracts. The role offers 100% commission potential and residuals.

Competenze

• 18+ years of age
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance
• Background check clear
• Must live in area relative to job posting location
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor and integrity
• High sense of urgency and sales talent
• Enjoys cold-calling and face-to-face conversations
• Ability to be in the field at least 50% of the time

Mansioni

• Prospect new clients and set appointments
• Maintain client records in Salesforce CRM
• Meet minimum production requirements and secure meetings
• Build product knowledge of Auris portfolio and fintech trends
• Attend weekly team meetings and 1-on-1 with leader
