Zusammenfassung

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and run payroll presentations for small and mid-sized businesses. You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and work with a Territory Manager to close deals in a fast sales cycle.

Training will cover tablet CRM use (Salesforce) for lead generation and paperless contracting, with a path to a 100% commission structure. You'll build relationships, set appointments with business owners, and upsell Auris products after training.

Qualifikationen

• 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the area.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Minimum two years of relevant B2B sales experience.
• Proven prospecting, presentation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Aufgaben

• Prospect new clients and run Auris Payroll presentations in person or by phone.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce and other systems.
• Set appointments, identify needs and present Auris solutions to close sales.
• Attend training and collaborate with regional leaders to maximize commissions.
• Meet weekly production targets and adapt to a fast sales cycle.
