Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and run payroll presentations in person and over the phone for small to mid-sized merchants, with a fast sales cycle. You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager.

You will use Salesforce for lead generation, on-the-spot financial analysis, and paperless contracts. After training, you set your own schedule to maximize the upside of 100% commission and residuals.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Two years of relevant experience.
• Live in area relative to job posting location.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain client records in CRM (Salesforce).
• Achieve minimum production requirements and set appointments.
• Develop knowledge of product/service portfolio and fintech industry.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with a leader.
• Additional responsibilities as needed.
