Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present Auris Payroll solutions to small and mid-sized businesses, and close sales in a fast cycle. You will work with your local managers and use Salesforce for lead generation, analytics, and contract processing.

During training you’ll be paired with a mentor; after training you can set your schedule to maximize upside from 100% commissions and residuals on your portfolio.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Two years of relevant sales experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Ability to work in the field at least 50% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsabilités

• Prospect new clients and run Auris Payroll presentations in person or by phone.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce and meet minimum production requirements.
• Build knowledge of Auris product portfolio and payroll tech landscape.
• Attend team meetings and one-on-one coaching with leaders.
• Set appointments with business owners and close sales in a fast cycle.
