Allegiant Business Group seeks a Sales Representative & Field Trainer in a full-time role focused on B2B direct sales and leadership development. You will meet with business owners and employees within your Texas territory, while mentoring newer agents and expanding your own book of business.

The role offers commission-based income with training, support resources, and leadership guidance to help you grow professionally and personally.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or mentorship roles.
• Ability to develop others while growing own book of business.
• Thrives in face-to-face, relationship-focused environments.
• Organized, self-motivated, and reliable.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field training and coaching.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain accurate activity and client records using Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
