Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, leadership, or mentorship roles.
• Ability to mentor and develop others while growing personal book of business.
• Strong relationship-building and face-to-face communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field training and coaching.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain accurate activity and client records using Salesforce CRM.
