Qualifications

• 5+ years in outside sales or leadership roles.
• Ability to mentor others and develop sales skills.
• Strong relationship-building and communication.
• Willing to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor newer agents through field training and coaching.
• Lead by example through personal production.
• Maintain activity and client records using Salesforce.
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
