Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking a Sales Representative & Field Trainer to grow a local territory through face‑to‑face client engagements and leadership development. You will mentor newer agents, manage a book of business, and drive growth with structured support from leadership.

The role emphasizes relationship building, autonomy over your schedule, and ongoing training in product, compliance, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or leadership/mentorship roles.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and guide others.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs
• Mentor and support newer agents through field training and coaching
• Lead by example through consistent personal production
• Maintain accurate activity and client records using Salesforce CRM
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing
