Job summary

Allegiant Business Group, operating in Texas, seeks a Sales Representative & Field Trainer to accelerate local B2B direct sales and to develop leaders within the team. The role combines field selling with mentorship, enabling you to grow both your client book and your mentoring capabilities.

You will lead by example in face-to-face environments, manage a local territory, and leverage structured support and training to drive personal production while coaching others to do the same.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales or mentorship roles.
• Ability to train and coach new agents.
• Willing to travel locally and manage a field territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment meetings.
• Mentor newer agents through field training.
• Maintain activity and client records in Salesforce.
• Prospect through referrals and networking.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals.
• Provide ongoing client service and follow-up.
