Job summary

Representatives operate as independent contractors with flexible schedules, while receiving structured training, resources, and coaching from senior leadership to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, leadership, or mentorship roles.
• Face-to-face, relationship-focused selling experience preferred.
• Organized, self-motivated, reliable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients (small and mid-sized businesses).
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field training and coaching.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain accurate activity and client records using Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
