Job summary

Auris, the payroll and HR partner for small and medium-sized businesses, seeks a Payroll Client Advisor in the Minnesota area. You will prospect and run payroll presentations, in person or by phone, to close deals in a fast sales cycle.

You’ll train with a Payroll Division Manager and Territory Manager, then operate with a 100% commission model and residuals on your book of business. Salesforce is used for lead gen, analysis, and e-contracts.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time.
• Pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for prospecting new clients
• Maintain existing/prospective client records in the CRM system (Salesforce)
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure first-time appointments
• Build knowledge of current product/service portfolio and industry changes
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leader
• Additional responsibilities as needed
