Job summary

Auris is hiring a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present, and close payroll solutions for small to mid-sized businesses. You will work in person or by phone to drive fast sales cycles, using Salesforce for lead generation, and you will be coached by a Territory Manager and Payroll Division Manager.

During training, a manager will accompany you on initial visits to teach the short-cycle sales process. After training, you can set your own schedule to maximize commission and residuals on the

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance
• Two years of relevant sales experience
• Excellent prospecting and communication skills
• Ability to operate in field ~50% of the time
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Strong integrity and urgency to deliver results
• Experience with a CRM system such as Salesforce or HubSpot

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and run Auris Payroll presentations
• Maintain client records in CRM (Salesforce)
• Achieve minimum production requirements and set first-time appointments
• Build knowledge of Auris product portfolio and fintech industry
• Attend weekly team meetings and 1:1 with leader
• Travel in area to meet with merchants and close sales
