Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor in Minnesota to prospect, present Auris payroll solutions, and close deals in a fast sales cycle. You will use Salesforce for lead generation, client analysis, and e-contracts.

After training with a PDM/PTM, you will set your own schedule to maximize commissions, residuals, and portfolio equity. A two-year sales background and strong communication are required, with travel about 50% of the time.

Qualificações

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect for new clients.
• Maintain client records in the CRM (Salesforce) with call notes and interactions.
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure a win.
• Develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio and fintech industry changes.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leadership.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
