Auris is the payroll and HR partner for small and medium-sized businesses. The Payroll Client Advisor will prospect, run presentations in person or by phone, and close deals within a fast cycle.

You’ll report to a Payroll Division Manager and work with a Territory Manager, using Salesforce for leads, proposals, and paperless contracts. Training with PDM/PTM will occur, after which you can set your own schedule to maximize 100% commission potential and residuals on the business you bring in.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
• Must live in area relative to job posting location
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time

Responsabilités

• Prospect new clients
• Maintain existing/prospective client records in the CRM (Salesforce)
• Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments
• Continuously develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio and fintech industry changes
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leader
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
