Auris, a payroll and HR partner for small and mid-sized businesses, is hiring a Payroll Client Advisor in the United States. You will prospect, present Auris solutions, and close deals within a fast sales cycle, earning uncapped commissions and residuals.

During training you'll be coached by the Payroll Division Manager and Territory Manager, with Salesforce for lead generation and contract processing. Your field-heavy role offers significant upside and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Prospecting and closing new payroll clients in a fast sales cycle.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong sense of urgency.

Responsabilités

• Prospect new clients and set appointments in person or by phone.
• Maintain client records in the CRM and track interactions.
• Meet minimum production requirements and secure first appointments.
• Develop knowledge of Auris products and financial technology industry trends.
• Attend team meetings and regular coaching sessions with leadership.
