Job summary

Auris, the payroll and HR partner for small and medium-sized businesses, is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present, and close sales across the territory. You’ll use Salesforce to manage leads, upsell Auris products, and communicate with the Payroll Division Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant B2B sales experience.
• CRM tools experience (Salesforce or HubSpot)

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and build a robust pipeline.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM.
• Meet minimum production requirements and secure first appointments.
• Present Auris solutions and close deals in a fast sales cycle.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leadership.
