Auris, a payroll and HR partner for small and mid-sized businesses, is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor. You will prospect and deliver presentations to close deals in a fast sales cycle, using Salesforce for lead generation and client analysis.

Training will be provided with leaders before you operate independently; expect a schedule that maximizes your commission potential and residuals. You will work with a Payroll Division Manager and PTM/PDM, set appointments with business owners, and run

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Prospect for new clients.
• Maintain client records in the CRM system (Salesforce).
• Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments, to secure a WIN.
• Build knowledge of product portfolio and fintech developments.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leaders.
