Auris, a payroll and HR partner for small and mid-sized businesses, is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present, and close payroll solutions. You will work with the Payroll Division Manager and Territory Manager, using Salesforce for lead generation and paperless contracts.

Qualifications

• 1) 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• 2) 2+ years of relevant B2B sales experience and proven prospecting ability.
• 3) Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
• 4) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commission-based role.

Responsabilités

• Prospect for new clients and set appointments with business owners.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce, including call notes and interactions.
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure initial appointments.
• Stay updated on Auris product/service portfolio and fintech industry trends.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leadership.
• Travel in area to meet clients, up to 50% in the field.
