Allegiant Business Group is seeking a Sales Agent Trainee to meet with local business owners and employees, presenting supplemental insurance options and helping protect teams and families. This full-time independent contractor role offers training, mentorship, and a support network to grow your book of business.

You’ll work in a flexible, autonomous role with guidance and ongoing development, including licensing support and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required; mindset and learnability prioritized.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license (licensing support provided).
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Present supplemental insurance options in enrollment-style meetings.
• Build lasting relationships through follow-up and service.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce.
• Work with mentors to set goals and grow steadily.
• Expand your territory through referrals and community connections.
