Allegiant Business Group seeks a Sales Agent Trainee to meet with local business owners and employees, presenting supplemental insurance options in person. You’ll build relationships, follow up with clients, and grow your book of business within a supportive, mentorship-driven system.

This full-time role offers training, licensing support for Health & Life, and a flexible, autonomous schedule while providing guidance and a strong team network to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Coachable, reliable, and growth-oriented.
• Comfortable building relationships face-to-face.
• Motivated by purpose and people, not just numbers.
• Able to manage your time and follow systems.
• Interested in building a long-term career.
• Willing to obtain a Health & Life license (support provided).

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Present supplemental insurance options in enrollment-style meetings.

• Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce.
• Work closely with mentors to set goals and grow steadily.
